 Yoder & Associates Realty, Inc. was founded in 1999, by Jerry J. Yoder. Jerry is a long time veteran of the convenience store industry having begun his career working part time in convenience stores 28 years ago, while attending college at Western Carolina University, where he graduated in 1977 with a Bachelors of Science degree. 

During his career, Jerry has been successfully involved in all phases and aspects of convenience stores, from operations, marketing, fuel, food service, personnel, acquisition and sale, leasing and finally ownership of his own chain of convenience stores for 15 years.  Jerry served as member and finally as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Convenience Stores.  

Jerry brings extensive experience, understanding and professionalism to the table for his clients, whether they are Sellers or Buyers.
